Contractor's College Training Program

- Introduction to Financial Statements- An overiview of four key financial statements- the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements and personal financial statement
- Construction Risk Management- An introduction and overview of insurance and bonding for contractors
- Responding to Requests for Proposals- An overview of how to make the all-important "Bid/No Bid" decision, how to assemble the proposal response team, and how to put together a winning proposal
- Construction Estimating- An overview of the basic steps required to develop accurate estimates and bids
- Construction Project Management- An introduction to key concepts in scheduling and managing construction projects
- Licensing*- A state-specific review of licensing fees, licensing requirements, and how to apply for a license
